1. Interpretation & Definitions

Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Service refers to the Application.

• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

Personal Data

• Device identifier (iOS Vendor ID or Android Device ID), used to associate your session with your account
• Restaurant preference and swipe history — records of restaurants you have liked or disliked within the Application
• Dining context input — free-text descriptions of your dining situation that you voluntarily enter to receive personalized recommendations

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include information such as Your Device's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service through a mobile device, We may also collect the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, IP address, mobile operating system, mobile browser type, and other diagnostic data.

Information Collected While Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

• Precise GPS location (latitude and longitude) while the Application is in use, to identify restaurants near You

Location data is only collected while the Application is in the foreground and with your explicit permission. We use this information to find and rank nearby restaurants and to improve and customize Our Service. Location data is transmitted to the Company's servers and is not sold or shared with advertisers. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through Your Device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account and give You access to functionalities available to registered users.
• To contact You by email or push notification regarding service updates, security notices, or important informational communications.
• To manage Your requests and attend to your inquiries.
• For business transfers — We may use Your Personal Data to evaluate or conduct a merger, acquisition, or similar proceeding.

• Usage Data — up to 24 months for security monitoring and service improvements.

We may retain Personal Data beyond the periods stated above where required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, at Your explicit request, or due to technical backup limitations.

When retention periods expire, We securely delete or anonymize Personal Data. In some cases, We convert Personal Data into anonymous statistical data that cannot be linked back to You; this anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for research and analytics.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account and visiting the account settings section, or by contacting Us. Please note that We may need to retain certain information where We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

The Service Providers We use may have access to Your Personal Data. These third-party vendors collect, store, use, process, and transfer information about Your activity on Our Service in accordance with their Privacy Policies.

Usage, Performance and Miscellaneous

• Google Places — A service that returns information about places using HTTP requests, operated by Google. Google Places may collect information from You and Your Device for security purposes. The information gathered is held in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

The Application uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized restaurant recommendations. When You enter a free-text dining context (for example, a description of your occasion or preferences), this text is transmitted to Our backend servers and may be processed by a third-party AI language model to re-rank and tailor restaurant results for You.

This processing is performed solely for the purpose of providing You with relevant recommendations. Dining context text is not stored beyond what is necessary to fulfill the recommendation request and is not used to train AI models or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

5. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
